Underripe avocados are one of the most frustrating things in life. Middle class problems, I know.
@BenSouthwood I long ago concluded that there is no point in buying avocados in Ireland. They just never reach a condition where they’re edible, but go straight from hard and fibrous to rotten. Unfortunate, but that’s just the way it is. ☹️
@artkavanagh I bought a two pack, the first was gorgeous. Perfect, in fact. The second found itself at the back of the fridge, I don’t know if that played a part.
