🍽️ 🌶️ Phase one of homemade sriracha. It now has to ferment for a while. Some recipes say a few weeks, others a few months. (I just learned that Tabasco has to ferment for at least a year and a half, so I seem to be on the safe side anyway.) We’ll see; as long as it doesn’t explode, I’m happy 🌶️🙂.
