I enjoy watching cooking shows, but they alway mention talking to your butcher or fish monger. Where in the US are these people? All we get here are pre-packaged stuff.

@Archimage exactly! Used to be a good Butcher in the town I grew up in, but I think they closed down a few years ago.

@Archimage that was the only one I've seen since I moved out on my own.
