@Annie Yes, I think most people will find themselves in such situations one or several times in their life. It’s a part of life, and we mustn’t judge ourselves for it. It’s a part of life. Being unhealthy is a coping mechanism sometimes, and if it isn’t being taken too far, it can swing us back on track again.
