So, still being a regular blogger, I finally tried using dlvr.it, via a suggestion from @jatan.space, and it works like a charm! Even the free version cuts down on manual crossposting from my blog to here and X.
I loved this piece by @adactio.com . Don't write for the world, write for yourself. I publish very slowly on my blog, mostly because I find writing takes so much time.

I’m tempted to tell @manton.org just because I feel I might be the first and only person to get this wrong.
LLMs are magic, but only the David Copperfield kind.
They can do neat tricks that are entertaining, even mind-blowing, but using them for real work is like hiring Copperfield for a statue removal job.

And, I can’t from either MicroBlog iOS app or Gluon see what it being replied to.
Not sure what this is? Can I turn it off?

The one thing the internet has taught me is that people like simple overarching theories to explain everything. Hence the over-reliance on simple phrases, terms and definitions.

LLMs are plausible, confidently stated, but vague when it matters. They're the 21st C iteration of the psychic phone line.
@boris If you disable Bluesky cross-posting it will also stop pulling the replies, but I think we need a separate setting to control this.

@manton I’m super confused about why all replies are showing up.
My expectation is that only replies to posts cross-posted from the blog would show up.
@boris That’s just how the feature works. It brings in all replies so you don’t need to check two places. I get that it was unexpected in this case but I wonder if it would be just as confusing if it didn’t work that way by default. I think a setting would make this more clear, though.
@manton I disagree because they are two separate accounts.
My MicroBlog account has its own set of followers.
I have cross posting turned on and I value that about Mb for posts I make there.
Having replies for all posts on this separate Bsky account is confusing.
@bmann.ca Interesting. The way I think about it is that increasingly Micro.blog can be a platform that connects other accounts. The replies are still coming to and from your Bluesky account in this case.
