I’ve had two panic attacks in the last two days. Anxiety fucking sucks.

@smithtimmytim It does. ☹️ I usually get them in the early spring. I’ve wondered if my allergies can be a part of a trigger. I just barely avoided a full blown one a couple of days ago. My meds tend to keep them in check. Hope you’ll be ok.
