You withhold it until your candidate demonstrates responsiveness. Is that what Biden has done? How many more kids have to die before enough is enough?

I get you both. I just see the IRA as potentially making the difference that the world needed. Looking at what Biden did with just 50 in the Senate, I'm pretty sure that he has accomplished more of Bernie-type policies than Bernie could have done. Ideological purity doesn't mean as much to me as passing the IRA.
