Experimented today by cooking a “chicken” quesadilla with “chicken free strips” (textured wheat & soy protein). End result was fine – obvs it wasn’t “just like chicken” (regardless of what the label on the package said) but it was delicious enough served with all the flavourful ingredie... www.jayeless.net
