@jayeless Love the changes you have done and also the write up. It looks great on every device. I also like that you put links to the m.b and mastodon entries. Well done 👍🏼

A quick feedback though - you may need to fix the style for responses in dark mode.

@jayeless nicely done - and a super summary.

Love the words per line ratio.

@amit Oof, there's always gotta be that one thing I miss… 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thank you so much for letting me know, and it should be fixed now.

And thanks as well for the kind words, everybody 😃 @custom @Cheri @pimoore @JohnPhilpin

@jayeless Great stuff! And thanks for the reference.

That colour scheme is lovely, I think, and gets dark mode just right. Also, the SVG includes and using currentColor is really inventive – solving a problem I’ve wrangled with miserably before.

Couple of observations – you could maybe do with some breathing space around the edges of the main text box? Your main only has 10px horizontal padding, which makes the text seem a tad cramped? Also, 18px Charter is a little small for my taste, but that’s probably a YMMV one (and you’re with Florens on that, so probably right :-) ).

@leonp Thank you! I can look a little more into padding and font sizes, especially padding. The 10px was just carried over from the previous theme, and my first reaction to testing an increase just now is that it looks disproportionately chunky… but if I change some other padding and margins elsewhere it might start looking proportionately chunky, instead? At any rate, I can experiment 🙂

@jayeless Ha! Yes, proportionately chunky sounds perfect. Gotta look and feel right too.

@leonp @jayeless This is one of the reasons I swear by Nord, it’s readability and contrast are perfect without being blaring and hard on the eyes (especially in dark mode). I used to be a Gruvbox fan before I found Nord, and it had a similar contrast.
