@jayeless In happy to hear I’m not the only one who needs a “fidget toy“ to help focus me when listening to podcasts. I used to feel bad about it until I read about how chewing gum while learning can help you retain more. Apparently, we’re not designed to live only in our brains.
@gregmoore Absolutely! And it makes sense – humans didn't evolve to just sit still listening to things. Sometimes it makes me feel a bit childish, but it isn't really, and if it works, it works 😅
