So I think I’ve now got interactions set up and displaying properly!
I’m relying on webmention.app to actually send my responses out, and while that seems to work well with Bridgy and to webmention.io endpoints, in my limited experience so far it seems kind of flaky when the destination... www.jayeless.net
@smithtimmytim Well, I have the capability to! For discussions here on Micro.blog I've been posting my replies here, and similar for interacting with tweets on Twitter and toots on Mastodon... but definitely, for IndieWeb-enabled blogs (like yours!) I plan to self-host likes and replies now 😃
@smithtimmytim No harm in looking into it! The way I've done it on my Hugo site is create a custom content type with all the necessary front matter (interaction type, URL, etc.)… I'm not sure the best way to do it on Wordpress, but so many people use it, I'm sure people have thought it through before and got resources available 😁
