I’m James, and I’m a programmer, a part-time artist technician for my wonderful partner, a casual photographer and a retired musician. I work for Ericsson, and right now I’m a part of the Ericsson Early Careers Program, where I’ve spent the last two years rotating through different roles across Systems Analysis, Data Science and Project Management. Outside of my day day to day work I’ve been working with our D&I group in Ericsson Ireland to roll out a formal mentorship program, lending a hand to a VR product portfolio project and once a year help to make sure 1500 people have a good time at our Technology Day
