I told my daughter she can text me if she feels dumb when her friends disappear into Snapchat on their phones, and she can’t join in because we’re not letting her have Snapchat until she’s older.
I’m sad and angry at technology.
@ichris.bsky.social I had a related discussion on this topic this evening with my son. He asked for use of Instagram access because that’s where all his friends are messaging. I hated it for so many reasons, none of them having to do with him. He’s a good kid with decent sense and maturity.
