@Gabz Have you tried keeping a food diary of sorts? Just keeping track daily of everything you eat and drink can help enormously. A number of research studies have shown that keeping a food diary when “dieting” can double a person's weight loss. Also, remember, it’s all about what you do going forward. Don’t get down on yourself! 👍🏽

@grayareas keeping a food diary it is something that I have tried to do. Every time I try it I end up dropping it, it’s hard form me to stick to it.
