Drank Boulevardier
The blood red of the boulevardier works well on the night before Samhain. I’m pairing it with the 1950 Royal KMG (pica) to write about the ghosts of the year past.
@jeremycherfas Yes, exactly, though most recipes call for a 3:2:2 ratio (a bit more Bourbon) versus the typical 1:1:1 ratio of the Negroni. The Rye and dry vermouth variation would be called an Old Pal.
