@tracydurnell I'm still debating a NaNoWriMo project, so I started a new notebook with some writing and outlines that might start moving me in that direction. We'll see how well I can stick with it?
@chrisaldrich nice! Always fun to have a reason to start a new notebook 😊 Good luck!
One of my friends writes a substantial amount of her NaNo projects on paper and later edits them as she types them up. I just like outlining and brainstorming on paper myself.
@tracydurnell It's tough bridging the gap between the physical joy of writing on paper and having to do the extra work of eventually getting it into a digital form. There really should be a better solution for this. Maybe I should see if an OCR scanner can handle my handwriting?
@chrisaldrich that would be awesome! I've been intrigued by those digital pens that translate as you write, but that negates getting to use fun pens and color inks 🤷♀️
Another possibility could be speech to text - reading your stuff aloud is useful for editing, so maybe that could combine two steps in one versus transcribing.
