Don't Be Afraid to Use the Linter Plugin in #Obsidian: amerpie.lol
@amerpie just recently started to wrap my head around this plugin and it's been great. one of biggest grips with Obsidian is how messy my notes get as I move around different sections of my note, add bullet points, spacing gets all out of whack, which is very clear when you view the file in plain text. Linter has been a game changer for keeping my files nice and tidy and uniform across my vault. +1
@sarahshotts Sort of. You specify the order you want your default tags to be in and then it will put the remaining tags in alphabetical order. I assume that if you do not specify any default tags, then it will put them all in ABC order. The settings for this are on the second tab in the Linter prefs.
@amerpie Your Linter plugin recommend from a little while back helped make my notes so much cleaner. 100% recommend too.
@hg I am a big fan too. It's one of those plugins that seems like it shoud be part of the app.
@amerpie Linter. I was able to format a ton of notes that I had imported into Obsidian, and it was really easy.
@amerpie the core Templates plugin, and then select one of the 10 templates I have.
@amerpie Linter was a big game changer for me. I use it for automatically updating the file modification times on save.
