My 2017 12" MacBook is starting to show its age, but I hate that there is nothing to replace it right now. There's no reason to get a MacBook Air since it's the same form factor as the 13" Pro. But it seems unlikely they're going to release a small computer again at this point.
@aaronpk It would seem they’d have to update the 13” MacBook Pro to match its updated 16” counterpart sometime soon?
@jd I'm secretly hoping they put out a matching update to the 16" but in a 12" form factor. I would be all over that in a second.
@aaronpk Yeah! It’s tough since that would theoretically be very close to the MacBook Air which undoubtedly has much better sales, but I suppose also has a different target market.
@aaronpk I also wonder if the 13” would get bumped up to 14” rather than shrunk down to 12”, to match the 15” that got bumped up to 16”. 🤷♂️
