🌶️ Cooking up a big pot of my chilli con carne for this evening’s dinner. It’s been a while since I made it and we both fancied something spicy!
@odd I use three kinds of beans. I pretty much put in whatever I like, whatever vegetables are to hand. A great way to use up veg like peppers, onions, courgettes etc.
@TheMacPsych Looks great! I am incredibly pro beans in chilli. I cannot understand the meat only aficionados!
@DaveyCraney Oh yes! I actually make veggie chilli much more frequently. We’re trying to eat less red meat and this is the only temptation.
