Got a text from Melbourne Pathology, and my sore throat (which is already gone anyway) was not Covid πŸ˜„ Vivian received his all-clear at the same time. Big relief! Now we can go supermarket shopping, and all that fun stuff 😜

@jayeless That’s fantastic news, glad to read you’re both in the clear! It sucks fearing that any β€” even slight β€” sickness could be COVID, as opposed to before when it was just a pain in the ass.

@pimoore Yeah, for real! The sore throat I had was SO mild, I felt like 10% as sick as I usually would with a cold. But I still wanted to be cautious and get tested. It's a huge change in mindset from the old "soldier on" mentality that used to be pushed so heavily 😬

@Gaby Mmm true, OJ can never hurt πŸ˜‹ My grandma's other recommendation always used to be garlic – thankfully I love garlicky food!

@jayeless I knew it, there’s nothing wrong with you! Were you just trying to get away from the supermarket run? 😊 Glad everything is fine!

@maique Hahaha, some might say it's excessive to try to get Covid just to have an excuse not to do the supermarket run, but clearly you're onto my scheme πŸ˜‰ Alas, perfectly healthy, this time 😊

@jayeless Just remember that garlic can often leave your throat feeling sore depending how much there was. πŸ˜‰
