✏️ On Conferences:

In my opinion, a conference’s main goal is about using presentations to spark the fire of discussion amongst the attendees. Sadly many of the conferences I find myself at don’t do this.

@zorn I agree about Release Notes and CocoaLove. Both very creative about breaking the mold of the typical Stage --> Audience dynamic, as you put it.

Úll was also great for this. They did a talk show on opening night, with the speakers as guests, so everyone could get to know a bit about the speakers in advance.
