- Auch nach vielen Jahren noch eines meiner Liebelingsvideos. Was die Damen heute so treiben?
- Even after many years, still one of my favorite videos. What are the ladies up to these days?
@maton @help
The original posting on my blog had an embedded video from Vimeo.
No trace of the video in this timeline posting. Nothing.
@manton Misspelled you username…
BTW: A short time windows for editing timeline postings would be great…
@thosch Sorry, some embeds don’t work in the timeline. I’ll add special support for Vimeo to at least link it, we have something similar for YouTube. Thanks!
@thosch You can edit posts for the timeline. You have 24 hours for these edits to be published on the timeline.
@SimonWoods I thought I read about it, but cannot find a way to do it.
Can you tell me how to do it, please?
@SimonWoods To make it clear: I don‘t want to edit a blog post. I want to edit a reply in the timeline.
I found the way to remove it, but not to edit it. (O.k., I can remove it and post a new reply.)
@thosch In the app, can you see “Replies”? On the web and Mac it’s in the sidebar, whilst on iPhone it can be found via your profile icon.
You should be able to access and edit those posts through that.
@SimonWoods
Thank you. I had probably found it once and then kept overlooking it.
I think my mistake was that I looked for the entry more towards the top among the account-related entries like Posts and Pages, and not in the lower part under Account and Plans.
@SimonWoods @thosch Adding edit links should help a lot. I’m still resisting moving Replies into the Posts/Pages section because that section is for the data specific to your blog, and replies are global across all blogs. This makes more sense if you have multiple blogs.
@manton @SimonWoods
Then I propose an own „block“ between the blog specifics and the rest.
