@strandlines Yeah, such an unbelievable achievement.
The Dawn Wall is another climbing documentary that I enjoyed too. It’s on Netflix and features one of climbers you see in Free Solo.
@Omrrc I’ll look out for that one as well - thanks. As someone who doesn’t really do heights that well I am in awe of those that do...
@strandlines like when the cameraman turned away because he couldn't watch? That was what I did, too, and I knew the ending!
@kitt yes, the climbing sequence in the film is maybe 10 minutes or so? And as you say , we know how it ends. So for the film crew, watching him for 3 hours plus, not knowing how it ends, must have been unbearable...
