Sadly, she realized after looking at the packed car, that she had forgotten her own suitcase and there was no space for it.
@klandwehr This made me think of @hollyhoneychurch describing her first few times packing the car when going from housesit to housesit!
@smokey @hollyhoneychurch darn it I miss those stories. It has never happen to me with a car, but it has happen many times while packing a suitcase.
@klandwehr @smokey aha the actual suitcase packing. I know that feeling. What to take. Obviously need that and that. Need everything!!! After a clothing cull recently I had the opposite experience because my suitcase felt super light (was there something missing?!). No! It's just that throughout my life my suitcase has always been soooo heavy I could barely lift it. Not anymore with the new and improved lightness of living Holly. 😉 You know once I had to pay £300 surcharge for going over my kg limit on the way back from Oz. I wept (so did my dad as he forked out the cash for it in the end. Thanks Daddo🙄 😬).
