@kaa That’s neat. Sadly, I’ve only been to one of them (Luxor).

(And it always blows my mind that the Parthenon didn’t get destroyed until early-modern times. Seriously, using a thousands-of-years old cultural treasure for gunpowder storage!)

@smokey crazy right. The harsh reality is that history is filled with examples of ancient monuments being destroyed by ignorant and stupid people.
