I had been on a path to get the 30 day blogging sticker. But the past few days that seemed to turn blogging into a burden/nag and tasted of the metrics driving behavior cesspool. So for me I dropped it. I’m sure you’re disappointed 😉

@ronguest posting a single picture on the burden days, even without a comment, worked for me. Maybe that'll help? Oh, I had one day with a single emoji post. That was a rough day. The posts don't need to be elaborate. And, totally with you if you are all ¯_(ツ)_/¯ with posting.
@ronguest I understand that feeling. When I hit about 10 days (3 days after I’d finished the photoblogger pin), I started to feel bogged down. So, like @kitt, I threw in some more photos, and some “this song is in my head” posts, to get through, and sometimes posted just after midnight when I still had something else to say. That said, if the metrics are getting you down, feel sane letting the posting-demands slip away :-)
@ronguest ... it took me several attempts to get that badge! It wasn’t until I set it as my commit28 for February that I succeeded... and it came with the price of me not being as engaged with others some times. I agree that photos and random thoughts are great ways to get over the hurdles!
@JohnPhilpin ... Intelligent thoughts! Well-composed blog posts! Neither of which I really do... so... nothing! Nothing other than random thoughts and photos.
@smokey @modernlittleme @ronguest Fortunatly, I never run out of inane things to put on my blog :)
@JacksonOfTrades @smokey @modernlittleme I think just being reminded to post was annoying me and dragging me down. But I’ll reconsider it in a few weeks. Maybe I should do a 30 day photo challenge 📷
