@aa I used to never see any direct sun, much less a sunrise, until I moved to a south facing apartment this past summer. I’m taking it all in at this point.

@jayroddi That particular theme (Hello) comes with the switcher, but i know a few others have added their own. If you check out @kaa's site, his about page links to a script he modified to add a switcher to his.

@jayroddi FYI, we’ve got some info in the wiki with more on customizing (I just added the bit @sku\_b mentioned), and there’s also a whole site (@custom) dedicated to just that.

@sku\_b @jayroddi definitely recommend that particular method. Simple to implement and play around with in the example codepen

@kaa I was looking thru this a little bit last night. Is this all CSS code based? Or you'd still have to mess up with some of the theme's default templates?

@jayroddi I made a fresh theme which imported the main elements from Hello. All I did was edit the layouts/partial/footer.html file and added icons from FontAwesome (it’s free for something like this), then added the proper “a href” link syntax. I’m pretty sure any theme is editable in this manner.

I also made the theme look a little different (background color, font weight, etc.) with some custom CSS. Hope this helps.
