@matpacker Those films solidify that period of time for in a way that few productions ever have. Even better, every time I rewatch it's satisfying all over again.
@simonwoods Also redefined the comicbook movie genre. I do wonder how the trilogy would have played out if Pheonix didn't die.
@jgmac1106 That there is such mythos around that aspect is quite telling. Most films don't have that, let alone in this specific genre.
