It’s all getting serious now. Selling a whole bunch of stuff that we’ve loved and used as we transition back to Europe. Today has totally destroyed me. We are certainly getting there, but the next couple of weeks are going to be mega.
@kaa missed that you were going back to Europe. The whole « sell your life » scene is harrowing. But your memories of this weirdly bizarre place will stay with you. Good luck with the move.
@seishonagon Thanks! I'm not ready yet to write my thoughts on Dubai, but it's been good to us for the roughly 4 years we've been here. Just really need the next few weeks to close out relatively smoothly :).
