@schuth Yes! Modern Country is one of those albums I keep going back to and enjoy every time. You listen to M. Craft’s Blood Moon at all? Similar vibe, I think, and another album I really like.
@petebrown Both of those albums were highlights of 2016 for me. Sounds like we share a wavelength here! Do you know about Max Richter’s Sleep (8-hour & 1-hour versions) or Jherek Bischoff’s Cistern? I’m thinking you might dig those; they’re modern classical recordings released around the same time & have that spacious sonic quality.
