Now that our 18 yo daughter is starting her first job with benefits, I am explaining 401k plans to her along with the pros and cons of traditional vs ROTH 401ks. As soon as I mentioned “free money” I had her full attention. 😁

@ronguest I’m buying a copy of Get Good With Money by Tiffany Aliche for my niece. I’m not the target audience for this book (by four decades), but I enjoyed listening to it and learned a few things. Very clear and relatable.

@jean I’ll check into it. We’re lucky the school here teach some financial literacy. Also she took some biz classes in HS that helped her too.
