In retrospect, I think console #videogames peaked with the PS2 era and the industry has been slowly on the decline ever since. Games getting more expensive, chasing graphics over gameplay, microtransactions, mobile gaming...
With Sony ending the production of physical games, the increasing price of current consoles, and ongoing developer layoffs, I genuinely think we are seeing the end of the traditional console gaming space.
Sad times.

Any good recommendations for an OTP authenticator app? I had been using Authy, but it really took a nosedive after a recent update.
I'd like to switch to something that will be around a while and it needs to support a variety of operating systems (Linux, Mac, iOS, Android).
