@andyn Fastmail has been awesome for me, but some specifics knocks against iCloud email: 1) If you loose access to your iCloud account you lose access to one of the key channels for validating your identity. 2) Apple’s history of censoring outbound emails ( appleinsider.com/articles/… ) 3) Apple’s practice of silently dropping inbound messages ( forums.macrumors.com/threads/i… ) 4) iCloud’s reliability could be better.
\n5) Fastmail’s rules functionality for filtering and processing email are superior.
