Baked sourdough buttermilk biscuits actually at 450F now that I have an oven thermometer (set the oven to 495 to get to 450). Added 1Tbsp sugar, used dip and sweep flour. Maxes out my food processor. Baked 13 minutes, 12 would have been ok. Made 11.5 biscuits.

I stopped eating meat in 2006, but for a handful of occasions (9 times that I can recall). Corned beef is the last meat dish I ate (I think in 2015) and the only meat dish I miss at all anymore. (These days bacon smells gross ๐Ÿ˜‚)
