@mindofaaronw This was my 3rd time through Infinite Jest and it’s my favorite thing I’ve ever read. Probably also the most difficult. DFW clearly knows all the rules and conventions and defies them in just the right ways. Hilarious, dark, long, rewarding. Audiobook more approachable than text.

@ericmwalk Thank you! The 50K course is fairly beginner friendly with NO time limit. You’ve run a marathon so you could do this. The half is awesome too. The biggest issue for you would probably be the ~8,000 ft average elevation. That’s enough for me to notice, and I live 45 minutes away.
