I haven't followed any conversation about this, but in Xcode 26, it seems like navigation history extends across tabs you've navigated to.

Example: if switch from tab A to tab B, and then hit \"Back\", it just opens tab A again.

I've given this behavior six months, and it's just maddening. Is there a way to revert this to the old way?

@gruber @caseyliss @rileytestut I think the EC looks at apps and platforms in a tenant/landlord relationship. Landlords can't retaliate against tenants for stuff unrelated to tenancy.

Imagine a landlord has a side business selling novelty t-shirts through Hot Topic. A renter steals one of the landlord's designs, and starts selling it on their own Etsy shop.

Certainly a dick move that deserves a copyright lawsuit, but as far as I know, it's illegal to throw someone out on the street over it.
