My Prusa Core One+ to Gen.2 upgrade shipped today which matches their initial estimate. But I notice new orders list lead times of 5-6 weeks. I'm feeling lucky I ordered quickly. Looking forward to making the mods.

Just did a set of prints using ASA on my Prusa Core One+. Painless to do and look great. So naturally when Prusa announced the Core One gen 2 today I went for the upgrade. Was surprised it was ready to order and will ship tomorrow. Cheap too. Looks like I’ll have a nice little mod project soon.

It’s “OK” but would look like crap next to the iMac’s display. At Christmas I’ll get a 27” 4K Dell U2723QE. I can’t really justify a 5K monitor. This particular 4K monitor at 27” should have enough DPI to yield very clear text and of course lovely color. Ask me in a month 😉 This monitor has a lot of USB-C and USB-A ports which is good with the mini.
