今天这条视频记录了一个还不错的下班时刻：太阳还高高挂着，整个人状态也比前几天更稳一些。白天主要做了两件事，一是继续推进 agent memory 的设计和同步准备，二是把 deep reinforcement learning 的评估 report 重新整理成更适合给 agent 阅读和 review 的版本。\n另外，中午去健身、回来补了一觉之后，下午状态明显好了很多。最后还有一个很温暖的小片段：今天是小眼去接哈妹，哈妹和朋友在楼下跳绳玩。

今天是一个起得特别早、但下班又有点晚的一天。早上不到 5 点就醒了，去跑了 2.5 公里，整个人状态还不错；晚上却因为让不同的 agents 去做实现和 review，拖到 5:30 之后才出发去接哈妹。\n这期视频里也顺便聊到了一个最近越来越明显的感受：视频记录当然方便，但有些东西还是不能完全替代日记。尤其当收音不好、字幕识别失败的时候，很多原本想留下来的内容就会变得很难整理。所以我也在重新想，怎么把视频记录和文字日记更好地结合起来。
