I am excited that the excellent price point of the MacBook Neo means it will be even less expensive second hand or refurbished, and gives everyone out there with minor computing needs an excellent option over the cheap Windows/Chromebook garbage out there. Maybe that market share will increase!

@manton I’m making a dumb little multi emulator (does NES and GB) with Swift and Xcode and Claude burns out SO FAST. Codex takes WAY longer to hit limits. Unless I am doing something insanely wrong. Codex also seems to understand Apple dev stuff better

@Mtt I did this some years ago myself, slimmed down the apps and services I use. I mostly went with Apple defaults out of simplicity. Yeah they aren’t the most powerful tools out there, but I don’t need to RTFM to use them and I know others are probably using them too
