@tchambers I’m always a bit doubtful about stuff like this, because I think they often get cause and effect backwards.

If you’re sick, or stressed, you will sleep more, because you need more sleep. And then you might go on to have poorer health because you were sick or stressed.

If you set a regular bedtime, and then get up when you wake up feeling rested, I wouldn’t worry about getting less or more than some arbitrary number of hours of sleep.

A pretty good run! 4.01 miles in 1h 5min 55s, for an average pace of 16:25 and an average HR of 140 bpm. I don’t auto-pause the run tracking, so if I’m running a 14-minute mile (still pretty slow) and stop for 2 minutes to take a selfie for the blog, that shows as a 16-minute mile.

@JohnBrady Sorry! A bit of carelessness there: Not acetic acid but ascorbic acid, aka vitamin C. It supposedly helps the yeast grow, just like it helps people grow. The citric acid is just to make the bread a little bit sour, because Bubbles (our starter) doesn’t seem to produce a lot of sourness.
