the struggle is real, i haven't practiced enough Bird in Flight photos where the birds are actually flying across the sky as opposed to flying in to a regular perch or feeding spot (i'm using a 400mm lens = suboptimal for distant birds)

not gonna lie, 30 is extreme old age for a peachfront or any conure, as you can see from this video not too long before he passed but he was active almost until the end despite the rather shabby feathers -- his buddy the cockatiel in that video was mid 20s then & is now 29, will be 30 in July... vet said that's the equivalent of age 100 in a human 🤣
