@cheesemaker Totally. I was putting so much pressure on myself to run personal bests each run. It was a bit crazy.

I started telling myself that I run for myself, and it’s ok to be a little slower today. I’ll keep working at it, at try run faster next time.

\n

Lately, my mantra has been slow, and steady. I run a bit slower than I usually do, with the goal of running more and more of the route (and walking less).

\n

Looking at my pace when I’m actually running/jogging, I realised that if I can just do that from start to finish, it will translate into a faster run overall.

@jessekelber Even though I use the block editor on WordPress, I still tend to write my posts in Markdown first, and then copy/paste too. I do that because I don’t want to run the risk of an occasional editor glitch while writing, and losing what I’ve added so far.

@philly I used Squarespace years ago, and liked that I could have multiple blogs on a single site. I ultimately moved that particular site to WordPress, and kept it there.
