The original Amityville is probably too campy and dated to be really scary. Backrooms is pretty tense but not a lot of gore or anything. If they're a \"mature 12\" that should probably be safe. Buddy was pretty good. M3gan. Original Night of the LIving Dead isn't scary at all anymore but is a really great piece of cinema. Shawn of the Dead.
