Finished the first Dog Sitter Detective (https://dogsitterdetective.com/) book by Antony Johnston @antonyjohnston today and have to say I quite enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a fun little crime novel that’s a fun and easy read I suggest checking it out. 📚

New #Solar record yesterday and some cool stats from my next bill. We exported 208% of the energy we imported from the grid over the billing period. With all the fixed costs we still ended up paying out of pocket but less the $15 bucks. If the weather stays sunny here might get to net negative.

Bill came in today for our first full month of #Solar. Our microgeneration covered not quite half of the usage that we pulled from the grid. Hopefully this next bill will be better as we get into longer days and less chances of snow covering panels. #greenenergy

New generation record for our solar system yesterday 43.6 kWh or 42.5 kWh depending on what monitoring system I trust more (probably the 42.5 as it’s taking readings on 15s intervals vs 5m). Can’t wait for the days to get longer and see the results. #solar #GreenEnergy

I switched to Flonase a few years ago and it’s been literally life changing. I used to take 100-150% the daily dose of a pill based allergy med and still was barely functional. It’s a pretty reliable recipe, it’s generally fairly tight so it’s good for toast as it doesn’t leak toppings through. Crust looks good my scoring didn’t really keep the spring in check as it’s got a bunch of tearing.
