I’ve uploaded an export of the workflow to GitHub - github.com/mgkennard… The workflow will add whatever you type to the second dot so would need to be customised if you want to use a different dot. Once installed you can type things like “tot See what I can do with kale for tonights dinner”.

My main interface for creating the notes was via an Alfred workflow. Alfred was also used to facilitate quick access to my weekly overview using the Day One URL scheme which allows you to create a link for any entry. I’m going to look to create new Alfred workflows to replicate this experience with Org roam. The Day One UI itself offers Markdown based shortcuts, checklists and a newly introduced ‘/’ command for quick access to common tasks such as adding dates - so I’ve found it a very pleasant place to edit text.

There are also the meat substitutes such as Quorn, but whilst they are good for protein they don’t have a lot of vitamins and other minerals in (I think).
