I remain long convinced our phones listen and post ads. My wife and I will talk about something random that I’m into, and then she’ll see ads on Facebook for that very brand.

Excellent and even handed assessment of Wilson’s translation of the Odyssey. I’ve read her translation three times, the first two back to back. I much prefer the translation by Robert Fitzgerald, but Wilson’s is worthy of any bookshelf.

Eating her donut this morning my 5 year old started sobbing. When my wife and I asked what’s wrong, she said the chocolate glazed with sprinkles was Paco’s favorite. She misses him so much it breaks my heart.
