Ever since I iOS26, notifications from the Messages app don’t show up on my Apple Watch consistently. Rebooting my phone fixes it but it reverts to not sending notifications. All other notifications come through. I’ve unpaired / re-paired the watch. Anyone else have this issue?

@adoran2 ah great solution! I played around with something similar using an automated task to sync my feed to my home server and allowed access to it via Tailscale for mb. It worked but felt fragile, so I kept trying to figure out a permanent solution. Moving hosts was what it took for me. Now I can’t get the mb iOS app to play nice with images and my Movable Type blog. lol. It’s always something…

@adoran2 whoa! I’ll need to read about what you did to solve this! I solved this by changing to a web host that was willing to disable Imunify360 on my domain. Once they did that, everything has been fine for me.

iPadOS 26 finally introduces usable windowing to the iPad, but it also makes everything larger due to the Liquid Glass UI, which adds more padding. Stage Manager was already quite tight on an 11-inch iPad with iPadOS 18. Liquid Glass feels like a significant step backward.

It saddens me that there are so few electronic supply shops on the island. I am fortunate that there are a couple on Oahu compared to the outer islands. I’ve tried to stock up on spare resistors, caps and other stuff but it sucks when you can’t get stuff easily locally.
