It seems like the Windows app (RMD) is messing up Emacs. It constantly freezes.

The issue seems to be with copy-paste. pboard (clipboard) doesn’t handle RMD’s clipboard well.

Screw RMD. I will just use my old setup (run locally from the Mac). Every day I like Microsoft even less.

\nThe post is at taonaw.com/2019/01/1…, and the reason you saw it in your RSS and then it disappeared is because it’s an old post which I originally pulled from my old blog.

MB has this habit that even though I put the old date in, once I schedule the post (so it’s in the past) it still publishes on current day. So, I fixed it, but the RSS was already out.

Subnautica is one of those games without autosaves (stubbornly so, apperently) that makes a case of exactly the kind of saves you’re talking about. Not a lot of games like these exist - and I do save often and frequently, and because it only allows one save per game (not sure why), I should probably make a backup. I’d hate to lose my progress, now that I’m revisiting this amazing game.
