The few times I’ve made it I put the dough on the grate with (I think) medium heat and then flipped the dough when done and moved it/adjusted heat to add sauce, cheese, etc. and finish baking. Instead of replacing the Tama metronome, I might just get a foot switch to start/stop it. That’s more convenient and cheaper than buying a new Rhythm Watch. I also should have a different metronome/tuner somewhere (that I don’t like as much) . . . I just need to find it.

The Tama Rhythm Watch RW100 I bought about 30 years ago (and use sporadically) is starting to have problems with the Start/Tap button. It might be time to start looking for a new metronome.
