@vanessa_otto 3. There are some folks who like the learning opportunities in these kinds of jobs, but you’ll have to be very diligent not to fall into this burnout culture of overwork/undervalue.

4. Re options/shares: if you get shares outright, that might offset some salary level, if you are willing to take a risk. Founders usually fail up, having shares puts you on a similar path money wise, just with smaller percentage (and some upfront tax liabilities).
